ORCYN didn't start in a boardroom. It started with a frustration: maritime procurement was still running on phone calls and spreadsheets — and nobody was fixing it for the people who actually do the work.
Maritime commerce doesn't happen in glass towers. It happens at 5am, when a captain needs a part and a chandler needs to be found. It happens in port offices running on phone calls, spreadsheets, and trust built over decades.
For too long, digital platforms have served the industry's largest players — and ignored everyone else. Local suppliers were reduced to price rows in a search result. Small operators were priced out of tools built for fleets of hundreds.
We built ORCYN because we believed the industry deserved an infrastructure that works for both sides. Not a marketplace that takes a cut. Not a portal that adds another screen. A real operating layer — where every request reaches the right supplier, every supplier gets a fair shot, and every order happens without the chaos in between.

ORCYN concept developed and validated with operators and suppliers in the Aliağa port region, Turkey. Demo version tested with 4 shipping companies, 8 vessels, and 9 local suppliers.

ORCYN OÜ incorporated in Tallinn, Estonia under the Estonian Startup Visa program. V1 launched.
Now
Actively onboarding operators and suppliers in the Aegean region. Expanding to Northern European ports. Open to partnerships, pilot programs, and investor conversations.
